With hopes of better weather to come as we pass the Spring Equinox, thoughts are moving to some lighter dishes for all the family.  At this time of year we banish the winter hearty meals to a distant memory, get out more to enjoy the warmth of the sunshine and find renewed energy to exercise outdoors.  So why not try one of our tasty lighter meals and snacks – the family are sure to love them.

Just added to our range of delicious recipes are some appetizing Cherry Tomato Tartlets.  These little tartlets are made with our own vegan Sheese that have all the flavour of regular cheese without the dairy!  Colourful baby heritage or heirloom tomatoes are perfect for this recipe.  Or why not try our old favourite Roasted Vegetable & Mozzarella Tartlets or our delicious Harissa Roasted Aubergine & Greek Sheese Salad.

Whatever you takes your fancy, be sure you have your stocks of Sheese in the fridge and enjoy a healthy meat and dairy free Spring diet.  And be sure to get outside and enjoy the fresh air!
