Smoked German Style Sheese Tops the Polls

At the end of March, the authority on all things vegetarian for mature adults  Vegetarian for Life  headed to Brighton VegFest UK to exhibit at one of the largest vegan events to be held in the UK, armed with a host of Sheese products.   With 230 other stalls at the event, they had a lot of competition, but their vegan cheese tasting party certainly attracted a lot of attention from the attendees.   14 varieties of vegan cheese were available for tasting - and not just from Bute Island Foods.

And heading the table in the popularity stakes was our very own  Smoked German Style Sheese, which edged out the competition in terms of taste and texture.   This is yet another accolade for what is fast becoming one of our most popular Sheese varieties, following its success at the  FreeFrom Awards  earlier that month.
